Don't have crypto yet? Start here.

To add funds to PocoShift you send crypto (USDT works best) to your deposit address. Never bought crypto before? No problem. You have two easy options: buy with your card on Paybis, or buy from a real person on Noones, a peer-to-peer exchange. Either way you can be funded in a few minutes.

The short version. Buy USDT (a dollar-pegged stablecoin) on Paybis or Noones, then send it to the deposit address on your Dashboard, Deposit page. Make sure the network matches on both ends (for example, USDT on Polygon goes to a Polygon address).

First, what am I buying?

For funding an account, the easiest coin to use is USDT (Tether), a stablecoin that is always worth about one US dollar. Buying 500 USD of USDT gives you about 500 USDT, so there is no guessing about price swings while you transfer. You can also use USDC, BTC or ETH. Just pick the matching option on the deposit page so the address and network line up.

Two easy ways to get crypto

Paybis

The simplest option for beginners. Buy USDT or BTC directly with a Visa or Mastercard, or a bank transfer. There is no seller to deal with, the crypto goes straight to the address you enter. Fees are a little higher than peer-to-peer, but it is fast and easy.

Best for: beginners · Pay with: card, bank · Speed: minutes

Visit Paybis

Noones

A friendly peer-to-peer marketplace from the original Paxful team. You buy from another verified person using your local bank transfer or mobile money, with the crypto held safely in escrow until you have paid. Great rates and lots of local payment methods.

Best for: best price, local methods · Pay with: bank, mobile money, more · Speed: 5 to 20 min

Option 1: Buy with a card on Paybis (easiest)

If you just want crypto fast and do not mind paying a little more in fees, Paybis lets you buy with a debit or credit card in a few minutes.

  1. Go to paybis.com and choose Buy crypto.
  2. Select USDT as the coin and your local currency to pay with, then enter the amount (for example, 500 USD).
  3. Choose the network you want to receive USDT on. Pick the same one you will use on the PocoShift deposit page. Polygon is a good low-fee choice.
  4. Create an account and complete the quick ID check (a photo of your ID and a selfie). This is required by law and usually takes a few minutes.
  5. When Paybis asks for a wallet address, paste your PocoShift deposit address from Dashboard, Deposit, or your own wallet if you want to hold it first.
  6. Pay with your card. Once it confirms, Paybis sends the USDT to that address.

You can jump straight to the USDT on Polygon page here: paybis.com/buy-tether-polygon.

A note on fees. Buying with a card on any instant provider usually costs about 3 to 6 percent more than peer-to-peer. That is the price of convenience. For larger deposits, Noones below will usually save you money.

Option 2: Buy on Noones (a peer-to-peer exchange)

Peer-to-peer means you buy directly from another verified person. Noones locks the seller's crypto in escrow until you have sent your payment, so it is safe when you follow the steps.

  1. Sign up at noones.com and complete Level 1 verification (phone and ID).
  2. Go to Buy, then USDT (or Bitcoin).
  3. Filter by your country, your currency, and your payment method. Local bank transfer is usually the cheapest.
  4. Open an offer from a vendor rated 95 percent or higher with 500 or more completed trades. Read their terms, as some ask for a quick proof on a first trade.
  5. Start the trade. The vendor's crypto is locked in escrow right away. Follow their payment instructions exactly, and keep every message inside the Noones chat.
  6. After you pay, mark the trade as paid and post your payment proof in the chat. Only do this once the money has actually left your account.
  7. When the vendor releases escrow, the USDT is in your Noones wallet. Withdraw it to your PocoShift deposit address on the matching network.

Sending it to PocoShift

  1. Open Dashboard, Deposit and choose your coin and network (for example, USDT on Polygon, or USDT on Tron).
  2. Copy the deposit address shown, or scan the QR code on your phone.
  3. On Paybis or Noones, send your USDT to that address on the same network. If you are nervous, send a small test amount first.
  4. Upload the transaction screenshot on the deposit page. Your balance is credited once a reviewer approves it, usually within minutes.
The one rule that matters most: the network has to match on both ends. USDT sent on Polygon must go to a Polygon address, and USDT sent on Tron must go to a Tron address. Sending on the wrong network can lose the funds. When in doubt, copy the network label straight from the deposit page.

Staying safe

  • On Noones, only buy from well-rated vendors (95 percent or higher, with hundreds of completed trades).
  • Never release or confirm a peer-to-peer trade before the money has actually cleared in your account, and keep all chat inside the platform.
  • Ignore anyone who asks you to pay a different name than the one on the platform, or to move the conversation to WhatsApp or Telegram.
  • Always paste the wallet address, never type it. Check that the first and last four characters match.
Prefer not to leave the site? If card payments are enabled on your account, the deposit page also has a Pay via Visa or Mastercard option (Paybis) that walks you through the same steps in a popup. Look under Payment method on Dashboard, Deposit.
