1. Acceptance
By creating a POCOSHIFT account, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclosures. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of a jurisdiction we serve. You confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity on your account. Notify us right away if you suspect unauthorized access. We may freeze an account if we detect suspicious activity.
4. Fees
The POCOSHIFT platform is free to use. We charge a flat 1% withdrawal fee at the time funds leave your account. We will not introduce a management fee or subscription without first emailing every member and obtaining renewed consent.
5. Investment risk
All investing involves the risk of loss, including loss of principal. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Historical and simulated figures shown on our pages are illustrative only.
6. AI portfolio managers
Each AI manager publishes a written mandate and risk budget. A regulated trading desk executes trades on behalf of customers within those limits. The AI's output is not advice tailored to your personal financial situation; it is a model running a documented strategy.
7. Prohibited use
- Using POCOSHIFT on behalf of a sanctioned person or jurisdiction.
- Attempting to manipulate market data, prices, or our systems.
- Reverse-engineering our software or scraping at industrial scale.
- Using the service for money laundering or any unlawful purpose.
8. Termination
You can close your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms; if so, we'll return your funds net of the standard withdrawal fee.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, POCOSHIFT's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we'll email every active member at least 30 days before it takes effect.
