Marketing and Outreach Lead
We are looking for a storyteller with the instincts of a journalist and the discipline of a product marketer. The work is to shape how PocoShift is perceived by traders, journalists, and the curious public who have never heard of us. You will steward our voice across channels, cultivate the partnerships that bring the right people to our door, and translate a technical product into language that resonates with the people it is built for. Distribution is half the battle, and we want someone who treats that with the seriousness it deserves.
What we look for
- Demonstrable writing ability. A few links to prior work will tell us more than a resume can.
- An instinct for what resonates on X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and the discourse-shaping corners of the internet.
- Comfort moving between the quantitative side of growth (attribution, funnels, cohort analysis) and the qualitative art of brand.
- A willingness to do the unglamorous work of cold outreach to publications, podcasters, and influencers who matter in fintech.
Preferred but not mandatory
- A basic diploma or degree.
- Working English.
- The temperament of a team player.
